un chic fou a "Click & Collect" option, allowing you to pick up your jewelry directly at our store at 8 Rue Verdaine, 1204 Geneva, during our business hours:

Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Delivery:

– Orders are shipped within 2 business days. 5 business days for engraved items and 8 business days for embroidered items.
– Please allow 1 to 3 business days to receive your package after shipment.
– Shipping costs are CHF 10 (jewelry) | CHF 15 (linen items) and free for purchases of CHF 250 or more.

Returns:

You have fourteen days from the date you receive your online order to return your purchases for a refund if they do not meet your expectations. The product must not have been worn, used, or damaged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized products.

You can choose to return your item(s) to us by registered mail (at your expense) or by dropping them off at our store (free of charge) at Rue Verdaine 8, 1204 Geneva.
