ORDER
The customer may select as many products as they wish, which will be added to the shopping cart. The shopping cart displays a summary of the products selected by the customer, along with their prices and associated fees. The customer may freely modify the shopping cart before finalizing their order. Confirmation of the order constitutes the customer’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the purchased products, their prices, and the associated fees. A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by un chic fou. To this end, the customer formally agrees to the use of email for confirmation of the order’s contents. Invoices are available in the “My Account” section of the website. un chic fou reserves the right to refuse the purchase offer if the desired product is out of stock.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The prices listed are in Swiss francs and include VAT. They do not include shipping costs, which must be paid by the buyer. un chic fou reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability. The price is payable upon ordering. The buyer can pay for their order via PayPal's secure electronic payment system, Twint, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).
DELIVERY
un chic fou Ships only within Switzerland, with delivery within 2–3 business days. For personalized items, the shipping time is 5 business days (engraving) and 8 business days (embroidery). un chic fou is not liable for any damaged or lost jewelry or for any delays in delivery. Delivery is made via the postal service with a tracking number to the address provided by the buyer at the time of order. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer, provided that this is the customer’s residential address, the address of a natural person of their choice, or a business address (delivery to their company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes. Otherwise, the product will be returned to theun chic fou.
Customers can also choose the "Click & Collect" option and pick up their order at our store at 8 Rue Verdaine, 1204 Geneva.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND
The buyer is authorized to return the item ordered toun chic fou within fourteen days of receiving their order. Returns must be notified in advance by email to the following address: contact@unchicfou.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return of the product is the responsibility of the buyer. un chic fou cannot be held responsible for any loss of your package. We therefore recommend that you send your return by registered mail so that you have a tracking number.Returnsshould be sent to the store at Rue Verdaine 8, 1204 Geneva.
un chic fou will make the refund using the same payment method used for the transaction. un chic fou does not accept returns of defective items that have been worn, used, and/or are not in their original packaging. In such cases, the items will be returned to the buyer at their own expense and under their responsibility, and no refund will be issued. In the event of a return, un chic fou asks the buyer to follow the procedure below: – Carefully pack the item in a box or bubble envelope – Send the package by mail, with signature upon delivery – It is important that the buyer keeps the tracking number so they can track the package – The package must be addressed to un chic fou, Rue Verdaine 8, 1204 Geneva. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of un chic fou if the product delivered to the customer is different from the product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized products.
USE
Rhodium-plated silver and gold-plated brass can wear out over time and/or due to other factors such as frequent washing, contact with perfume or creams. Store your jewelry in its original packaging and try to remove it before washing, swimming, or applying cosmetics. Cleaning products available at pharmacies will allow you to clean them easily.

These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law and in particular to the Swiss Code of Obligations, which governs aspects not expressly mentioned in these general terms and conditions.
