Inspiration: swirling around the finger, our NORA ring was designed to be different. In this gold and diamond version, we created it with three twists for a delicate and elegant result.

18-karat gold jewelry: All the pieces in our Prestige collection are crafted from 18-karat gold, a precious metal that does not tarnish over time or when exposed to water. However, signs of wear or impurities may appear with daily use and dull their luster. To care for them, gently cleaning them with warm soapy water and a soft cloth is usually enough to restore their shine. You can also gently rub them with a soft, dry cloth to remove fingerprints and product residue. If necessary, use a very soft-bristled brush to clean hard-to-reach areas, then rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

To keep your jewelry looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend removing it when showering, washing your hands, or using cosmetics and chemical products, as well as during sports or manual activities. Finally, be sure to store it in its case or in an individual pouch to prevent friction and minimize micro-scratches.

Delivery:

– Orders are shipped within 2 business days. 5 business days for engraved items and 8 business days for embroidered items.
– Please allow 1 to 3 business days to receive your package after shipment.
– Shipping costs are CHF 10 (jewelry) | CHF 15 (linen items) and free for purchases of CHF 250 or more.

Returns:

You have fourteen days from the date you receive your online order to return your purchases for a refund if they do not meet your expectations. The product must not have been worn, used, or damaged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized products.

You can choose to return your item(s) to us by registered mail (at your expense) or by dropping them off at our store (free of charge) at Rue Verdaine 8, 1204 Geneva.
